Can’t find anything online. When I search the cage code it comes up rail covers. Can anyone tell me what they are and what they are worth?

Try using the NSN 1005-01-553-8053 since these were USGI.

New range from $25-$30 max. Pretty much the same price as vintage MILSURP.
