Mandate "disclosure" to non-LEO, for what reason?

How does this provide any control at all?

If you were to disclose to a firefighter, what is going to be the reaction? You are going to be ordered to stay out of their way, leave the scene.

How would an EMT handle this? What if you are the one that needs aid? What if this happens at a range, where EVERYONE can carry? Only those that have a CPL would NEED to disclose.

EMTs and Firefighters have been dealing with concealed pistols for 2 decades or more…but suddenly it's a problem!

And is it disclose as soon as you meet those people, or HOW will they detain you, as is the prerequisite for LEO???

Yes, the "immediate" language is still there and applies to EMS and Firefighters, as well as peace officers.

It’s about control of us sheeple, more things we must do to comply. The how and logistics of it are for others to ferret out, the dims in power just want more of it over us, plain and simple-they say jump, we must ask-“how high?”

What actions do a firefighter or emergency medial person perform in their “official capacity?” What activities fall outside of this?

When the fire truck comes to the neighborhood picnic? When non-municipal EMT personnel are around?

It's stupid to have to disclose to police, what good comes from this? Are we somehow trying to elevate EMT's and Firefighters to where they get these special privileges over the common citizen also? Quite frankly I'm surprised a cop hasn't arrested someone knocked out in a traffic accident for not disclosing immediately....
