Want to see what's new or coming?
Check out Shot Show info (a good starting point) - I think it's end of Jan 2023, but you should be able to see what was new in 2022 and maybe what's coming in 2023 right now.
Like Browning's new X-Bolt Mountain Pro for example. Or the Nosler M21 and even a new Winchester M70 extreme or something.

Have no idea. I just had regular military FMJ, didn't know any better. It was my first time deer hunting.

I don't know so much about a new wiz bang gun, but add cz550, old mausers like Whitworth or interarms x, mauser spoters, old Weatherby, you could get old ruger in some safari calibers, or new zasastva mauser etc well well under 2k.

Just not at of new going on but you can grab some classics well under 2k.
