Appears to be .25ACP (6.35mm). The one listed for $950 is stupid money. I'd guess $250 to $350 tops.

Don't pay attention to the non-fluted barrel in the picture. Your fluted barrel and serial number lend even more credence that this is a very late Model 10 (c. 1940).
The next variation (model 16) all had fluting on the front of the barrel and were 7.65mm (.32 ACP). Model 16's, and on, also had 2 screws for the grips - and front/rear sights (with one very rare exception)
