9mm ammo for p938. Anything better than critical defense 115 gr

My p938 is my first 9mm smaller than 3.9/4.0

Is there anything else that performs as well and is optimized for short barrels?

Federal HST is all I carry - in all my EDCs. Never found or felt the need for +P, but to each his own.

Carry use. Self defense.

I do not have particularly strong feeling like I neeeed expansion, I just must have massive penetration etc.

Over all performance from 3 inch barrel.

I like Federal HST 124gr for My wife's 938 and the rest of my 9s. Of course 1st round is alway a Winchester silvertip for werewolves...

Same here. I used to like the Corbon DPX but it's not around anymore.
