He should face some consequences for killing a hard working family man, out plying his trade. He should have just submitted and possibly been killed. I bet the stiff was trying to turn his life around too. Soros hates to see democrat voter rolls shrink

Maybe if the DA & police put as much effort into catching criminals and prosecute them, as they have into identifying this guy and preparing to prosecute him ... then maybe we'd have less crime and this would not have happened.

Maybe if the judges and the jails kept felons incarcerated, instead of releasing them to re-offend there would be less crime.

Stopping the threat is one thing.

Standing over him, pumping 4-5 more rounds into him AS he was laying on the ground, including a literal head shot? Probably not the wisest decision.

Mercy shot i.e, putting him out of his misery?

I suppose one could argue that in the heat of a life threatening situation it is difficult to put your adrenaline back in the bottle. Survival instinct kicks in to extinguish the threat.
No man made law physically prevents one from doing anything they have a mind to.

    Amen.

Interestingly, Ingham County just got a new prosecutor appointed to finish out there predecessor’s term, one who is promising to do just that, instead of the woke revolving door stuff we have had for the past six or so years. Thug gun stuff went through the roof here these last few years, often repeat offenders and folks who bonded out (including no $ PR stuff). Maybe we are learning in some circles at last?
