Anyone taking their braced AR pistols out for a last run before the ATF decides to take them away? That is, of course, assuming anyone still has a brace on their pistols. If not mistaken, the deadline is this coming Wednesday.

Wouldn't their half ash rule also apply to Ruger PC Chargers as well if they had some type of brace on them?
As of this posting, apparently all you have to do to keep your stuff (for now) is be a member of FPC. Their recent injunction awarded by the 5th Circuit applies to all their members.
I removed my braces already. Mayne I was too early in doing so.
My pistol doesn't have a "Brace" ... She ID's as a cheek rest.

Yes, I have kind of been watching that 5th circuit thing, there is still a lot of back & forth with guessing on IF that only covers existing FPC members at the time of injunction or if it will also include new members that sign up later. Hopefully that will be defined before the 31'st.
