Any recommendations on making sure my T-2 is legit?

    Hello all,

I recently discovered a site called Rooftop Defense, while browsing some posted deals online. They had a bunch of stuff on their site, including Aimpoint T-2s without the mount for the normal price. What was crazy though is that with a coupon code, I could get 25% off, so I basically paid $650 dollars for an Aimpoint T-2 without a mount.

Now I don't want to bash what seems to be a mom and pop shop, and their reviews online are all fantastic which leads me to believe they are legit. It just feels too good to be true for that price if that makes sense. I confirmed that the serial number for the sight matches the box and looked for any oddities that seemed wrong, and everything seems okay at the moment. But if anyone has experience with T-2s enough to look for fakes, or if anyone has bought the same thing from Rooftop Defense I would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you.

    I don't understand the question.
Are you asking if xyz.com sells authentic Aimpoints or if one you bought from xyz.com is in fact a real Aimpoint?

or you could give them a call/email to verify (if you have one in hand)

RoofTop has 329 Google reviews, and a 5 star rating.
Can't find anything negative about them.

Sorry for the confusion, basically what I'm saying is that while the reviews seem good for the site and many people seem to have purchased the optics from them, it just makes me wonder how a company would be able to sell something so much cheaper than in other places. Makes me wonder if there's something with it that's different which would make it cheaper, if that makes sense. I do appreciate the links though, I will give Aimpoint a call and see if they can offer any insight. Thank you for the help.
