Not me but my father. He had some minor issues with the website though that I was able to figure out. Ended up calling the helpline though and the lady on the other end was as helpful as she could be. Probably would have been easier to just go in but Pontiac is a bit far for him.

Unfortunately she couldn't take any payment information over the phone even though the actual form part was filled out. Luckily I managed to get back in and get it to take the payment information.
